Candace is the lead Broker for Cabo North. She has gained extensive experience from working with industrial, retail and development brokers.
Previously, Candace served as the Marketing Director and Property Manager at Xebec Realty Partners where she was responsible for planning, executing and managing all new and existing marketing campaigns and managed a portfolio ranging from government leased properties to vacant industrial buildings. She continued on to provide contract work and serve as the Director of Operations for Pacific Industrial, a highly focused industrial real estate development and acquisition platform, with projects ranging from industrial portfolio management and transaction management to operational development.
Prior to joining Xebec, Candace was the Marketing Director and a Broker with Conroy Commercial, a Beverly Hills based real estate investment brokerage firm. The company has extensive expertise in the sale and leasing of major commercial assets, including shopping centers, retail condominiums, office buildings, mixed-use developments, unimproved land and apartment buildings. While at Conroy Commercial, Candace managed the marketing strategy for the real estate firm and focused on tenant and landlord representation.
Candace commenced her career as a Client Services Specialist at CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the world. She managed two industrial brokerage teams by coordinating with tenants, landlords and clients to execute industrial lease and sale transactions in the San Gabriel Valley and Central Los Angeles markets. She managed the reorganization of both teams to enhance profitability and service.
Candace is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University (B.S., Business Administration with emphasis in Business Law), where she was a member of the Women’s NCAA Rowing Team. She holds an active California Real Estate Broker’s License and currently lives in La Canada with her husband and their Weimaraner, Giulia.

John is the Property and Construction Manager for Cabo North. He has gained extensive experience from working with architects, contractors and developers.
Previously, John served as a Project Coordinator for a commercial specialty contractor, which has been serving Southern California for the past twenty-five years. He was responsible for estimating, procurement, job oversight and installation. He aided the accounting department and head up inventory management for the company.
During college, John completed three internships, all of which served the real estate market. Traveling to London for Land Securities Group PLC, John worked with the largest REIT in London. He coordinated with asset managers on an analysis of their five-year plan for its £10 billion real estate portfolio and also spent some time on the development team. At Jay Johnson AIA & Associates, Inc., John oversaw residential construction in accordance to plans and prepared final architectural plans. John also worked as an owner’s apprentice specializing in demolition, framing, finishes and plan making with Jensen Construction, Inc.
John is a recent graduate from California State Long Beach and obtained an Accreditation in Construction Management from University of California, Los Angeles. He currently is working on finishing a LEED Associates credential from United States Green Building Council. He is well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.

Karen manages the day-to-day administration of Cabo North and assists with sale, leasing and tenant representation.
In addition to Cabo North, Karen is currently the Vice President and Equity Partner of Thomas Partitions & Specialties, Inc., a Commercial Specialty Contractor, which has been serving Southern California for the past twenty-five years.
Karen has brought her financial management skills to her own companies. Prior experience encompasses manufacturing, distribution, architecture and design as the Financial Manager and Controller for several Los Angeles based Firms.
Karen holds an active California Real Estate Agent’s License. She is an avid hiker and swimmer and enjoys being on the water aboard any type of boat. Her and her husband are long time residents of La Canada Flintridge where they currently reside with their two dogs.
Tom Ondrejcka, Contractor

Tom manages construction and assists in overseeing facilities management.
In addition to Cabo North, Tom is currently the President and Equity Partner of Thomas Partitions & Specialties, Inc., a Commercial Specialty Contractor, which has been serving Southern California for the past twenty-five years.
Tom brings over thirty-three years of commercial specialty construction and project management experience to the business, as well as twenty-five years of property management experience.
Tom holds an active Contractor’s License. He is a die-hard fisherman and enjoys the catch as much as preparing his bounty with his culinary skills. He is a long time resident of La Canada Flintridge where he resides with his wife, Karen, and their two dogs.
